* Mind your belongings– Crowds are prime time for lost phones and wallets. Keep valuables zipped up and close.
* Wear smart shoes– Cute is great, but comfy and sturdy wins when you’re standing (and dancing) for hours.
* Plan your ride– If you’re drinking, don’t drive. Use a rideshare, designated driver, or public transportation.
* Watch the floats & ladders– Keep a safe distance and keep an eye on kids climbing for throws.
Know the forecast– Rain or shine, be prepared so weather doesn’t ruin your good time.
